-Affirm Men – Validate, assert, declare the Self-Worth, Value of All Men.
-Develop Men – Achieve a state of excellence in life.
-Restore Men – Place of Honor (superior standing), dignity (worth) and
Integrity (soundness).
APPROACH
-Establish meaningful relationships, fellowship and friendships with God
and one another.
-Teach each other (Co-Learning, teach as well as be taught).
-Support each other.
-Participate in various church and community projects, efforts, events.
-Holistic approach – Apply individually and collectively; home and
church; community and job.
-Monthly Working Breakfast Session with the Pastor.
GUIDELINES
-No Issue or Topic out of bounds.
-Confidentiality is a must (what’s said in sessions stays in session).
-Open to all men (don’t have to be a member of Allen to participate).
-Keep sessions to approximately one hour (9:00 – 10:00AM)
MEASURE OF EFFECTIVENESS – Attendance and participation levels, feedback and survey.
